It is of utmost importance to us that that you are satisfied with your purchase. If our products did not meet your expectations please let us know and we will endeavor to find a solution. Please keep in mind, that each candle is hand made and from time to time, there may be inconsistencies due to the nature of natural and plant based products. If you see something that can be better, please let us know! We will take your feedback very seriously and continue to strive to provide a superior product.
Deep Soul Candles will replace any damaged or defective product our customers receive. Please provide photographic evidence within 7 days of product delivery. Please email deepsoulcandles@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage incurred.
You may return any unused product (and in the condition that it was received) within 7 days of product delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
